He enrolled his junior year increasing his weight from 154 to 170– improving his 4.8 forty when he arrived to the Fastest time at AthElite Nation of 4.25 (This Includes NFL Pro Day Prep Athletes)– a Vertical Jump of 35.5 increasing by 6 inches to an Elite Jump of 41.5”–Max Height Jump of 46 inches a Broad Jump of 9ft improving to a World Class Jump 1 inch shy of 11 feet (performed during a training session so no period of peaking took place)– His Lateral movement is nothing short of amazing on the field, basketball court, or Baseball diamond. When it comes to SPEED Trent is Super Consistent, running 4.25 five different times (the most recent was after an hour of position drills) and in the 4.3 range on 33 occasions. STRENGTH Improvements from a 225 Bench to a Close Grip Bench of 325 in the span of a year and a 460 lb Squat as a Senior.

His SPEED has improved from a 6.19 to a 5.50- as a 9th grader– Vertical Jump increased 6 inches– BROAD JUMP up from 5’8” to 7’8” HUGE STRENGTH IMPROVEMENTS as well with one of the Top SQUATS in the WORLD at his age with an EST. 540 SQUAT (405 x 10) in the 8th grade — a 1 Board Press of 330 — Both of these are 8th Grade records along with a 450lb Deadlift which ranks 2nd.

–UPDATE–

Moving on to the 9th grade he stands 5’10 ½” and has gained up to 286 pounds… His training journey started 20 months ago and just recently knocked down some of the top SQUATS 🏋️‍♀️ in the 🌎 WORLD as a 14 year old… barely missing his 7th rep with 500 pounds; a few months later he hit 500 for 8 reps and now has an estimated one rep max of 635 pounds in the SQUAT, a Deadlift of 510, and a Bench of 390 pounds (some of the TOP poundages in the World at his age). Noah’s overall movement has continued to improve, chipping away at his 40 time which now stands at a 5.38 a few months into his 10th grade year all the while gaining over 60 pounds.

LANDEN SCHOGGINS takes several records as a 12 YEAR OLD at AthElite Nation. At the age of 12 Landen had an estimated 1 rep max on the DEADLIFT of 440, SQUAT of 330, and a BENCH of 200. His 40 time had increased as well to a blazing 4.9 at a bodyweight of 160. With some tweaking to his SPRINT mechanics there’s more in the tank. His Broad Jump increased by 10 1/2 inches to 8 feet.

Landen finished off his 7th grade year with an estimated 1 RM of 500LBS 🏋️ on the DEADLIFT at a bodyweight of 175… He pulled 410 for 7 reps 💪. His bench has increased to 270 as an 8th grader.

JT enrolled at the end of his Junior year with Big Dreams and the hopes of receiving a football scholarship. After starting only 1 game prior to his senior year JT set out with a VISION in mind. He showed up, TRAINED HARD, TRAINED SMART, was very CONSISTENT, and got BIG TIME RESULTS. He took the starting job on the Offensive Line and never looked back… Receiving a DIVISION 2 SCHOLARSHIP from West Alabama one of the TOP D2 Programs in the Country..

RESULTS- Over the span of a year JT went from a bodyweight of 251 to 288 knocking his 40 down from 5.66 to 5.12. His explosive power increased while gaining close to 40 lbs with a leap of 29.5 inches on the vertical jump, a great display of explosive power for a big man. His bench press increased from 255 TO 380 while his lower body strength gains were equally as impressive Deadlifting 500 x 5 reps = 583 est 1 RM. As a Linebacker where speed is vital he knocked his 40 time down 9/10 of a second going from a 5.69 to a 4.79, His vertical jump increased by 7 inches, Broad Jump increased by 19 inches all the while gaining 25 pounds going from a bodyweight of 222 to 247. Micah’s strength level increases were equally as impressive Deadlifting in the mid 500’s while his bench press increased by almost 100 pounds. These increases were over a span of a year where he participated in multiple sports as well as Show Choir. Micah’s TALENT & HARD WORK are paying off moving him up the depth chart to where he is seeing playing time as a true freshman. Congrats to Micah!

NYNY was the fastest 200 meter High School sprinter in the Country (20.3). Martavious garnered multiple D-1 offers in Track from the likes of SEC Power AUBURN and football landing at UTAH STATE (#24 team in the Country in 2021) playing football and running Track. NYNY came in with great Top End speed… Through the Evaluation process we discovered some inefficiencies during Drive phase mechanics along with less than ideal power output and strength numbers in the weight room. At a bodyweight of 148 Martavious improved his lower body strength squatting double bodyweight for a set of 10 reps, while improving his sprint mechanics and power enabling him to sprint more efficiently dropping his 40 from a 4.68 to a 4.35 and winning the Alabama State High School 100 & 200 Meter Championship during multiple Track seasons.

Noah holds Multiple 6th Grade records- Noah enrolled over the Summer going into the 5th grade – With a good Boost of CONFIDENCE Noah’s had some BIG Improvement in Coordination along with Change of Direction running the Pro Agility in a time of 4.8, Acceleration and Top End SPEED improving from a 6.7 to a 5.12 in the 40yd sprint as a 6th grader. His Explosive POWER improvements from a Vertical of 14” to 24” and A BROAD JUMP of 7’10”- Some ELITE STRENGTH numbers as well with an Estimated SQUAT of 300 LBS. Noah is back in sports and is in the 8th grade now and has continued to progress… the most notable has been his continued speed improvement knocking his forty down to a 4.8 in the 7th grade.

A 5-10 190 pound Tailback heading to the JSU Gamecocks, a new FBS Member in 2023. Collin joined up in April 2021 and in a little over a year’s time he went from 170 pounds to 190, improving his 40 yard sprint from a 5.25 to a 4.54… BIG increases to his power output with a 4 inch increase to his vertical jump and an improvement of 1 foot in the Broad jump. Strength levels off the chart as well with a Bench of 165 to a Board Press of 300. Squat of 300 to 460. Collin was a huge part of the Oneonta Redskins Success over the past few years making it to the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP game his senior year. Collin ended his high school career with over 8000 all purpose yards – one of the most productive careers in the HISTORY of the Alabama High School Athletic Association Ranking 18th All Time. A 6-0 210 pound LB at Westbrook Christian Academy, had a great off-season at AthElite Nation showing Discipline and putting in some BIG WORK. CJ has worked hard to improve his linear SPEED from a 5.25 to a 4.7 in the 40… a Deload away from running in the 4.6 range. Some BIG increases to his explosive power… 9.5 inch improvement in the Broad jump and 2 1/2 inches to the vertical all the while gaining more than 20 pounds in the process. A lot of improvement from the end of football season to spring training. Strength increasing from a Bench of 240 to 325, a deadlift that improved from 365 to 500 and a squat of 350 to 515 pounds. His hard work has turned CJ into a legit collegiate recruit helping him receive some of his first football offers this spring.
